20th Aug was my last working day at IBM. After, having worked here for 15 months, leaving the place bought mixed feelings to my mind. I went for a lunch with the team and for the first time we spent around 2 hours chatting about everything except work. There were some nice conversation. It was a mixed feeling because a lot of things are changing at the same time: my work place, city, colleagues, people, country, my house, in fact even the laptop I use :P. Apart from the good byes and "best of luck" replies to the "thank you all" mail and many more things that I might write about later, the highlight of the day I feel was my exit interview.
I got some really nice and honest feedback from my manager about my performance. I think her analysis was close to my analysis of my own performance :). I learnt something really motivating about myself that statistically separate me from others in a good way [sorry cannot share here :)]; and I also learnt about other growth areas. Overall a day packed with meeting many people , backing up stuff, cleaning up my office, nice food and treats and closing of one more chapter in my life. Though extremely negligible in the bigger scheme of things, it feels nice that my tiny intelligence would be forever running in those systems out there; that it shares space with many great minds is a matter of honour !!

ohh nice man you have had good time with IBM ...where are you heading now ??? All The Best man ...
