Look at the stars !

I have already returned my laptop from IBM and my own HP pavilion is screwed up. With only 2-3 days left for me in Canada and so much of visiting places and meeting people to do , I am just spending my time a bit disconnected to the internet than usual!!. In fact , I am re-discovering a lot of things now that I don't sit on one corner of my bed and watch a screen 24/7 !

Here are somethings I did and I would encourage everyone to try it out :

1] Watch the stars:
Go for a walk in the neighborhood after dinner. I noticed that it has been so many years that I actually gazed up right through the stars ! Interestingly the sky was always there and free to gaze :).

2] Go for a run:
I went to run in 4 different directions on diff days and I noticed so many interesting things. Like I saw a house which had an Indian Flag flying on its door, that made me feel good. Just across the street where I board my bus since last few months the plants in the garden are shaped like fox, turtle, small horse !!. How did I miss it for past 6 months !!

3] Read a book:
Though I keep on reading many things on internet and some of it is also what you did in your farmville :P !!; I should admit that it felt soothing to read a paper book on bed !!

I have a small box where I would put all the change coins from my pocket each day. Unlike India, here shops would return each cent back in change! If something costs 1.82 you get .18 cents back. So you end up having so many coins in the wallet that it grows huge and then hurt where it should not when you sit :) .. You should know if you are a man or a woman who carries a Men's wallet in the back pocket of the jeans !!

Now with all the time in hand and since I cannot use Canadian $ in States I started counting all the ones in my piggy box and bundles them in stack of 10 coins each. This is what I got:

0.01 * 320 + .25 * 40 + 0.05 * 31 + 0.1 * 20 = $16.75

This is equivalent to Rs. 741.6998 !! or Aprrox 70 loafs of bread in India !!Off-course I would blow that off in more coffee :)
